How to Install
1. Turn Off the Water Supply
Make sure the water to your shower is completely turned off before you begin. This prevents accidental spills during installation.
2. Remove the Old Showerhead
Unscrew your existing showerhead by hand. If it’s tightly secured, use an adjustable wrench. Be prepared for a small amount of leftover water to drip out.
3. Clean the Shower Arm
Wipe the threaded end of the shower arm to remove any old residue or debris. This ensures a smooth and secure fit for your new components.
4. Attach the Connector
Screw the connector onto the shower arm. Hand-tighten it until snug—avoid over-tightening to prevent damage.
5. Connect the Hose
Attach one end of the hose to the connector. Twist it by hand until secure.
6. Attach the Showerhead
Take the other end of the hose and connect it to the showerhead. Hand-tighten the connection until it feels secure.
7. Turn On the Water Supply
Slowly turn the water back on. This allows pressure to build gradually and lets you check for leaks.
8. Check for Leaks
Inspect all connection points—the showerhead, hose, and connector. If you notice any leaking, tighten the fittings gently.
9. Adjust the Showerhead
Tilt or reposition the showerhead to your desired angle for the best experience.
10. Test the Shower
Turn on the water to confirm everything works correctly and water flows smoothly.
